1. What is EPHYX?
EPHYX is a lifestyle brand creating unique, high-quality apparel and accessories for festival, rave, fitness, and streetwear enthusiasts. We also offer matching apparel options for pets and their owners.

2. How do your products get made?
All products are printed on demand. This means each item is carefully printed after you place your order, ensuring unique, fresh designs with minimal waste.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 3–7 business days, and shipping depends on your location. Domestic orders usually arrive within 7–14 days, while international orders may take 2–4 weeks.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Since items are custom-made, we cannot accept standard returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. (see more details about return & refund policy in the end of the page)

5. What sizes are available?
Our apparel sizes range from XS to 3XL, depending on the product. Please check our size chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

6. How do I care for my printed items?

  • Machine wash cold inside out

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on print

7. Can I customize my order?
Currently, designs are fixed, but we occasionally offer special customizable items. Follow us on social media to catch announcements for custom drops.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options available at checkout.

9. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

EPHYX Return & Refund Policy

At EPHYX, we create custom, print-on-demand products made just for you. Because each item is made to order, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional stores. Please read carefully.

1. Custom, Made-to-Order Products

All EPHYX items are printed on demand after your order is placed. This means each product is unique and made specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Preference changes

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your EPHYX products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your claim and offer:

  • A replacement product (reprint) or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not possible

No need to return the defective item unless specifically requested.

3. Lost or Misdelivered Orders

If your package is lost or returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We may offer:

  • Reshipment at your cost

  • Refund if reshipment isn’t possible

4. Timeframe for Claims

All defect or damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible.
